Ajman CSR launches a health initiative for Ajman Hotel employees,
in conjunction with International Workers' Day and in cooperation with Ajman Specialist Hospital

The Ajman Center for Social Responsibility (Ajman CSR) of the Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) implemented a health initiative to provide medical examinations for workers at the Ajman Hotel, in conjunction with International Workers' Day, which occurs on 1 May, and in cooperation with Ajman Specialized General Hospital and SEBAMED.

This health initiative is a s part of the Ajman CSR's efforts to encourage facilities to adopt social responsibility practices, and to enhance cooperation between health and tourism sector facilities in Ajman. The initiative provided a set of medical examinations (diabetes, pressure, and body mass index) and medical consultations for more than 78 beneficiaries.

Nasser Al Dhafri, CEO of the Ajman CSR, confirmed that the Center seeks to intensify activities and implement proactive community activities that ensure the consolidation of relations between private sector establishments and ensure the application of the principles of social responsibility in Ajman to ensure a high degree of sustainable social and economic well-being.

He explained that the health initiative aims to provide a healthy environment that supports business continuity and confirms the commitment of the Ajman CSR to its leading role in improving the health of workers in private sector establishments. The initiative provided an opportunity for Ajman Hotel employees to obtain comprehensive and free medical examinations, with the aim of early diagnosis of diseases and maintaining on public health.

It is worth noting that the Ajman CSR has concluded a memorandum of understanding with Ajman Specialized General Hospital in order to strengthen cooperation relations and implement health and community initiatives, awareness programs, educational workshops, and medical examinations for society members and workers in the private sector.
