Ajman Center for Social Responsibility at Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized the "Open Day for The Employment for People of Determination "initiative in collaboration with Manzil Center and Emirates NBD to introduce the jobs available to the people of determination by a number of private, NGO Sectors "Du, Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nouimi Foundation, Alihsan CharityAssociation, Ansari Exchange, Ajman University, Gulf craft, Fairmont Ajman Hotel, Ajman Hotel, Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel and Land Mark Group - Splash". Theinitiative was held in Ramada Hotel and Suites Ajman (MajesticHall).
H.E.Salem Al Suwaidi, General Manager of Ajman Chamber, Nasser Al-Dhafri, CEO of Ajman Center for Social Responsibility and a number of private sector representatives, and received 125 job seekers from people of determination, to hold more than 290 job interviews during the initiative.
Nasseral-Dhafri stressed the importance of the initiative and its role in creating anumbrella that enhances employment opportunities for private sector stakeholders and NGO to benefit from their energies and provide social and material stability to them, so that the initiative will contribute to the diversity anddiversity of cadres and skills for the workforce in the labor market.
He explained that the initiative involves 10 private sectors of companies, hotels,banks and NGOs to provide more than 22 jobs, and the initiative includes direct business meetings between company representatives and job seekers, which reflects the awareness of the companies and their support for people of determination and the importance of hiring them.
